This crunchy vanilla paleo granola is delicious! It really satisfies that cereal craving you might get from time to time. This paleo granola recipe is grain-free, dairy-free and vegetarian, and calls for honey instead of sugar. This granola contains a few different types of nuts, so it’s rich in both nutrients and calories; if you’re watching your weight you’ll want to eat small portions. Although the recipe calls for dehydrating in the oven for 24 hours, the instructions go on to say there is no need to dehydrate. According to Danielle, “Dehydrating is my preferred method for making this granola, but you could probably bake the granola in your oven at its lowest setting for 2-3 hours, or until completely dried and free of all moisture.” That’s what I did, and it was crunchy and delicious. This recipe comes from Against All Grain, a great source of paleo recipes, some vegetarian.
