Simple and delicious banana paleo pancakes made from just two whole and wholesome ingredients, ripe bananas and eggs. A perfect combination of protein and carbs for a grab-and-go breakfast or snack.I made these this morning, and they were delicious. These paleo pancakes were different from “regular” pancakes — they definitely taste of bananas, and the texture is moister, lighter, fluffier. I had no need to put anything on them because they were already sweet and moist, so I ate them as-is, straight from the hot pan, confident that I was getting the protein and healthy carbs I needed.
