Simple Paleo Pancakes

A perfect combination of protein and carbs for a grab-and-go breakfast or snack.I made these this morning, and they were delicious. These paleo pancakes were different from “regular” pancakes — they definitely taste of bananas, and the texture is moister, lighter, fluffier. I had no need to put anything on them because they were already sweet and moist, so I ate them as-is, straight from the hot pan, confident that I was getting the protein and healthy carbs I needed.     Thanks so much for sharing this! I’ve seen other posts about how great banana and egg pancakes were but I was a bit hesitant to try them. I just made some and I was definitely proven wrong. DELICIOUS! I’m a huge banana love so these are right up my alley. I think I’m going to add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg the next time I make them :)

    Also, thanks so much for running this website! I’ve been wanting to try a grain free diet but have been having difficulties finding enough recipes to use. This place is great!
