There’s nothing like a real English muffin…and these aren’t exactly the same, but they’re a great substitute! These quick paleo English muffins are fast and easy easy to make, and the secret to their goodness is to “toast” them to a golden brown in a frying pan with a little butter or coconut oil after baking or nuking them. Eat them however you would a regular English muffin. You can even make them in advance, freeze them, and then just thaw and toast later.
